Everyone is welcome! Paint with a community of artists. All levels welcome. These classes offer guidance in art theory while nurturing independent focuses. Enhance your natural creativity with art concepts such as light and shadow and properly applied color theory.

A fully supplied watercolor kit is available for $100 with the best possible prices for professional supplies! Melissa uses professional supplies sourced directly from The Artist Attic! 

Also bring paint-friendly clothing or an apron, and a snack and drinking water if desired!

Class fee: $75 each month, ongoing classes!

 

Payment is due the first week of the month. Zelle, Paypal, Cash, Check or Venmo are all acceptable payment methods.

 

Missed classes can be made up in other class periods. Future enrollment cannot be substituted for previous missed classes, but make-ups are valid for twelve months!

Wednesday – 2:45-4:15

 

Learn the fundamentals behind creating a great composition. Enhance the natural creativity with art concepts such as light and shadow and color theory.

Schedule of events:

2:45-3:05: Warm Up Drawing and Free Drawing time, with a fun warm-up prompt,

3:05-3:25: Twenty minutes of lecture and instruction.

3:25-3:45: Guided Worktime.

3:45-3:55: Breaktime for Snacks.

3:55-4:15: Guided Worktime, Free Drawing time and discussion!

This class is open to ages 8-18!

Command the scenery with your paintbrush by joining a class focused on recreating landscapes from place. Located at various venues in the beautiful Rogue Valley, instructor Melissa organizes painting opportunities at stunning and accessible viewpoints.
